2018-2019 Instructional Assistants
Full Time (7:15a-2:45p Monday-Friday) & Some Part Time Positions Available
8.7.18 Start Date (Plus 2 Required Staff Retreat Days TBD the Week of August 1)

These positions provides an opportunity to work with experienced, exemplary teachers in a multi-age, project based, and literacy focused environment. The instructional assistant will have experiences and responsibilities with reader's workshop, writer's workshop, various math programs, small group interventions, and project based curriculum. Some available roles are regular classroom assistants, inclusion support, and Title I positions focused on interventions for literacy and math. The Instructional Assistant will serve in supervision, instructional support, and some clerical roles.

A teaching license is preferred for this position. At least two years of college credit is required.
Compensation is $10/hour for licensed teachers. The rate for individuals without a teaching license is $9/hour. Full time employees are eligible for benefits after 90 days of successful employment.
