As part of The Project School vision, we conclude regular classroom sessions at 1:30p each Wednesday, to allow faculty the opportunity for lesson planning, team collaboration, and whole-faculty work. Families are welcome to pick up their students at the conclusion of this shortened day, or to enroll their children in Wednesday Enrichment, from 1:30-3:30p.
During Wednesday Enrichment, students are led by TPS teaching assistant staff in meaningful learning and growth activities. Students with homework to complete are also given the opportunity to do so.Enrichment Costs & Billing 2016-2017$8/day (full pay lunch students)$4/day (reduced lunch students) *$2/day (free lunch students) *during whichthey are received. Keeping credit card information on file in the office is the easiest way to keep up to date on billing. Invoices are then emailed to families with the date when cards will be charged -- families are always told the amount to be applied before running a card. We keep all information locked in a secure location and only the Administrative Assistant processes the cards to maintain security. If you would like to keep a credit card number securely on file for ease of payments (for meals, after care, Enrichment and break care), please email Ms. Kristin, or see her at the front desk.* Please note -- Free & Reduced Meal Eligibility Also Means Reduced Enrichment Fees!Families in need of free or reduced meal fees must complete and submit an application. Families who believe they may qualify for this benefit are encouraged to apply even if they intend to pack their lunches, as there are additional benefits (such as waiving of school supply fees, and reduced after care/Enrichment/school break care fees) that are also granted through this eligibility.
