volunteers & service learning

    Volunteering at TPS
Volunteers make the difference at The Project School! Volunteer opportunities include assisting with administrative tasks in the front office, working with students, staffing special events and fundraisers, and helping with facilities improvements. Volunteers provide wonderful opportunities for our school to create meaningful relationships and connect with the community.
See below for current volunteer openings. If you are interested in volunteering at a special event or fundraiser, or if you have general volunteer inquiries, please contact our Philanthropy & Outreach Director, Ms Amy.

    Service Learning at TPS
The Project School is proud to be affiliated with the Service Learning Program at Indiana University. Our partnership provides us with the opportunity to bring talented, creative and dedicated university students into our school in order to meaningfully engage with our classrooms and to offer programming and support. Their involvement benefits our school, their own learning and development, and the curriculum of their faculty. We are pleased to employ an Advocate for Community Engagement (ACE) - an IU student who is responsible for facilitating the relationship between The Project School, IU faculty, and IU students.
If you are a faculty member or student interested in connecting with TPS through service learning, please contact our Advocate for Community Engagement (ACE), Abigail Moore.
    Background Check Form
All volunteers & service learners must complete and return a Background & Confidentiality Form prior to beginning service at TPS. You can find this form on our school forms page. Thank you!
