150+ people joined us for Project Celebration, and it was such a wonderful celebration of and for our school! Our deep appreciation to all of our attendees and to our business sponsors (when you patronize these businesses, please thank them for their contributions!).
An extra HUGE shout out to our planning committee: Carwina Weng, Lindsay Brown, Camila Arnaudo, Melissa Phelps, Amy Dillard, Marlo Libel, and Heather Calloway. It wouldn’t have been a success without all of these amazing humans!
We are extremely excited to announce that, as of today, our event has raised $32,720 for our school, to support equitable educator compensation – this is 82% of our event goal of $40,000!
If you weren’t able to join us, but would like to support this fundraising effort and help us reach and exceed our goal, you can absolutely still do so through our event portal, which remains open! Click here and then choose the top option called “general event support.” Every dollar will be put toward our event fundraising goal!
For those of you who (1) purchased an item in our Bidding Frenzy Auction, and/or (2) won a package in our Auction, and/or (3) made a generous pledge during our Fund-a-Need at the end of the evening, please rest assured that we will be in touch with you in upcoming days (after we have slept and done all of the accounting!) to let you know how to settle your bill. We'll send an email with what you owe – based on your categories of participation – along with a link for submitting payment.
Please remember that for the Bidding Frenzy Auction and Live Auction packages, those payments will be due in full when you receive the individualized email from us. If you made a Fund-a-Need pledge of any size, and would like to pay it off in 2-4 monthly payments, rather than all at once, you'll discover on the link we will send you that it is possible to set that up so that it then happens automatically. We'll send detailed instructions in the email, as well as information on how to contact us if any of it needs clarification. We want to make it as easy as possible for you. When you receive your email, please do take a moment to fulfill all purchases and pledges. It will helpful to us for our accounting if these can all be done within 24 hours of receiving the email.
